As you prepare for the week ahead I thought we could start out with a question I got from a subscriber in Texas, here’s what she wrote:
“Jonathan, I’m sick of spending money on marketing and not getting results. I’ve tried everything and I’m starting to believe that all internet leads are just tire kickers. I don’t know what to do, please help I need more business!”
It’s not the first time I hear this cry for help and today I want to share 3 tips to help you get through this (and maybe even pickup some new leads along the way)
First – If you’re not spending money on marketing you have a problem – so the mere fact that you’re brave enough to ‘put your money where your marketing is’ tells me that you’re serious (that’s a good thing)
Second – Not all internet leads are tire kickers, how do I know? Because I’ve just closed my 4th contract (worth $28,800) from a small database of less than 100 people that I created using Craigslist.
Third – The best thing for you to do now is to get your process right.
That way you’ll always have a steady stream of leads coming in so you have a better shot at closing more deals. And contrary to popular belief, you don’t need Facebook, Twitter, or that pin thing to do it,
